Coffee & Cruise offers a unique audio - guided cruise on the Danube. Enjoy the beautiful view of the banks of the Danube and the Buda Castle by daylight.
You will be provided with coffee, tea or soft drinks as you cruise past the beautiful icons of Budapest while you listen to an interesting presentation about our world famous cultural heritage.

The Danube very important and mighty river in Budapest runs majestically through the center of the city, creating one of the finest panoramas on the continent.

Szechenyi Baths (built in 1913) is the most visited and much praised attraction in Budapest: relaxing, fun, affordable and, at night, romantic. In addition to the marvelous medicinal natural hot spring waters in the 18 pools, there are 10 saunas / steam cabins, several massage therapies, facial treatments, and more.
Its thermal spring is one of the deepest and warmest in the city. The bath is situated in the City park, opposite of the City Circus and it can be reached by subway line No. 1 (station of the same name: Széchenyi fürdo).

The complex includes 13 baths as well as steam rooms, saunas and a Roman-style swimming pool. 
The Romans had already discovered the healthy effects of the thermal springs on the locations now inside Budapest, however the culture of bath started to develop just in the Turkish times.
Gellért spa is famous for its main hall with gallery and glass roof, built in the Art-Nouveau style, sparkling bath and open-air pool with artificial waves. The bath is decorated with numerous Art-Nouveau furnishings, artistic mosaics and sculptures.

There are not many countries beside Hungary, where the art of folk-dancing is at such high artistic level. There exists even a college for studying Hungarian folk dances.
The Danube Folk Ensemble and Hungarian Folk Ensemble & Orchestra and Hungarian State Folk Ensamble are three of the best professional Hungarian folk ensembles with the longest tradition. Through the performed dances you can get a broad view of the music, dance and costume heritage of Hungary and the Hungarian inhabited areas.

Danube Symphony Concert

with Cimbalom  

Outside Hungary it sounds unusual to include a typical Hungarian folk instrument, the cimbalom to perform with a symphony orchestra, but in Hungary the beauty of this instrumental combination has been known since the 19th century. Join us for an unforgettable musical travel á la hongroise through the most beautiful classical melodies ever.
The Danube Symphony Orchestra was formed in 1961. And since then they have given many performances both in Hungary and abroad. The Orchestra consists of 60 professional musicians. They perform the most famous classical melodies combined with typical Hungarian instrument, the Cimbalom (Hammer Dulcimer). The cimbalom, which adds a special sound to the concerts of the Danube Symphony Orchestra is a world renowned Hungarian folk instrument played primarily with beaters.

Symphony Concert, Dinner and Cruise on the River Danube

Organ Concert in the Basilica

 The excellent acoustics of the church is a great place for the organ concert where you can enjoy the world famous arias night after night. The program of the concert was adapted by Miklos Teleki who is among some of the best organ artists in Hungary. The arias of the program are performed by Kolos Kováts, one of the most famous concert and oratorio singers in Hungary. Among numerous prizes, in 1992 he also received also the highest prize Hungarian artist can aquire: the Kossuth Prize. The flute is played by Eleonóra Krusic who is already known for her performances with different orchestras from Barcelona to Zürich, Graz and Vienna.

Organ Concert, Dinner and Cruise on the River Danube 

Full evening program, an unforgettable concert and a romantic and delicious candlelight dinner on one of our heated or air-conditioned ships. After the concert, a host or hostess will show you to the pier. 
Feel Budapest's romantic atmosphere and enjoy excellent warm buffet-dinner, surrounded by the friendly lights of the Danube capital. 
After dinner you can also admire the panorama from the open upper deck of the ship.
The cruise starts at 22:00, but always waits for the guests from the Basilica.

After the concert, our hostesses will accompany you to the ship, cca. 4-5 minutes by walk.

Jewish Essential Tour 

 The tour includes an interior visit to the Dohány Street Synagogue, which is the largest in Europe, local guided tour in the Jewish Museum, which has an important and unique collection of art pieces from Hungary and Eastern Europe. After the synagogue we visit the Martyrs' Cemetery where thousands were buried, who were killed during the WW II. We continue our tour in The Raul Wallenberg Memorial Park with the Tree of Life which was created to remind us of those who perished in the war. We pass by the Heroes temple, which was built in memory of those who gave their lives during WWI.

We will visit the Rumbach Street Synagogue, we will see the Carl Lutz Memorial Park, the famous Gozsdu Courtyard and the center of the orthodox Jewish community, with an outside visit of the Kazinczy Street Synagogue. After our tour, we will invite you a cake and drink in the kosher Fröhlich confectionary. You have an other option, to have 10% discount in the kosher Carmel reastaurant.
